Successfully managing multi-state payroll processing and distribution responsibilities Expats and international countries,of a head count of 8500 employees, resolving staff inquiries and concerns via Remedy System ESS and ensuring thorough employee understanding of policies and procedures.Payroll compliance.
Spearheading all aspects of open enrolment and serving as a subject matter expert on benefits, payroll, and general HR-related questions.Lead the process of Payroll system migration successfully.SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECC and PAYSPACE.
