I completed a B-Tech in Human Resource Management at the Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein in 2014 and completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in 2019 at MANCOSA. My highest qualification is a Master in Business Administration, which I completed in 2022 at MANCOSA.
Accomplishments
At SAPS, I won reward for best employee for my salary level. I have successfully completed all projects assigned to me by our Regional Head which included decentralization of the leave function for the Free State province by training of new leave capturers and ensure audit readiness.
Only being established in 2014, Sol Plaatje University had to lay foundational policies and procedures. Being part of HR team, I provided input draft of new policies, and was assigned the responsibility to assist Consultants to create Council-approved organograms, job profiles, Performance Agreements, facilitate job evaluations and facilitated the roll out Performance Management process at the University.
