    Description

    My client is seeking a Business Operations Consultant with FICA experience to attend to day-to-day customer queries and to manage and update the product feature backlog and new enhancements and developments, ensuring business unit readiness to support customers. This is a 6-month contract.

    • Grade 12
    • 1-2 years' experience in banking environment.
    • 1-2 years' experience in ticket management.
    • Experience in FICA will be advantageous.

    Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

    • Presenting and communicating information.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Project administration.
    • Ticket management.
    • Proactive and driven.
    • Attending to assigned queries in a timeous manner.
    • Meeting the set standards and adhere to the SLA's.
    • Liaise with resolver teams to ensure resolution of customer queries.
    • Adhere to company set customer standards.
    • Adequately communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
