Owned responsibility for the quality of academic results using a holistic view of assessment, learning, and teaching in the modern digital education environment. Reported to the Operational Head. 

Collaborated with the Academic team to establish clear measurable goals and track progress in support of the overall Academic Improvement Plan.  

Empowered Teachers and required accountability to timelines and assigned tasks. Met once a fortnight to communicate updates, answer questions, and proactively/reactively resolve issues.

Hosted the Phase meeting, scheduled class visits, and sit-ins, coordinated Phase-specific timelines, and identified curriculum training goals and requirements.
