im a 29 year old woman with customer service experience and I have worked with two companies which are Direct Channel and Joshua door and also worked under MTN campaign under customer service, My job was resolving customers queries and escalating them to the relevant department, retention ,capturing customers informations and updating customers information. I have obtained data capturing certificate after matriculating in 2011. I'm a very active person who likes to work with group as to help eachother on learning alot about the job.
