_Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Sales Manager New Vehicle Sales, to join their team in Edenvale - Gauteng._

Responsibilities:

To plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities for the vehicle brand.
To achieve or exceed vehicle sales objectives with respect to customer requirements, workflow processes, systems and related activities and ensures compliance with the company's financial and OEM requirements.
Successfully meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Develop and manage sustainable relationships with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence.
Aim to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timeous planning and delivery of all products and services of highquality standards.
Management of client relationships through our lead / data management system (CMS).
Contribute to the plan and execute sales strategies that contribute and drive business growth.
Support in the meeting of Parts, Service F&I Departments and all related performance parameters within the Dealership.
Monitor and measure CMS process elements: Leads, OTPs, Apps, Test Drives & Demos, Close Deals, Closing Ratios, Lost Deals, Quality of Deal Files, SSI, etc.

Minimum Requirements
years' experience in the motor industry especially at Dealership level

Must be able to cross sell new vehicles
A good working knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA & CPA
Good system knowledge of CMS or similar Dealer Management systems
Based on the company risk assessment, this role is vaccine mandatory
