Description:
- Our client is a financial consultant wanting an experienced and dynamic Para-Planner to join their team. You will provide technical support to all advisors and ensure the effective operation of all advice processes within the organisation.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage client relationships.
- Ensure client files comply with POPI, FICA, and FAIS legislation requirements.
- Prepare financial needs analysis: Risk, Preretirement, and Postretirement.
- Prepare investment proposal documents.
- Review client portfolios and prepare review files.
- Set up review appointments.
- Prepare client advice records.
- Perform quality control on quotations and submissions.
- Oversee the implementation process.
- Contact clients and product providers
- Follow up on submitted instructions.
- Research on various new and existing investment and risk products

General Requirements:
- QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Com. Honors in Financial Planning.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning will be added advantage.
- A certified Financial Planner will be added advantage.
- Own reliable transport.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint).
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Financial Needs Analysis tools.
- Proficiency in the use of Investment Analysis tools.
- Perform under pressure.
- Good presentation skills
