    Description

    RPO Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in finding top talent for various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our client's team. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. You will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, gathering necessary information, and evaluating project plans and specifications. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring that estimates are accurate and competitive.     Responsibilities:

    • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements
    • Gather necessary information from various sources, including architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Evaluate project site conditions and potential risks
    • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
    • Track and manage project costs throughout the project lifecycle
    • Communicate with clients, contractors, and project teams regarding cost estimates and project budgets

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
    • Proficiency in construction estimating software
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
    • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
