Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify costs and potential risks.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and conditions.
Research and source pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Evaluate and compare bids from contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and present detailed reports and cost breakdowns to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Estimator in the Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Exceptional mathematical, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
