    Description

    Hire Resolve's client is in search of a dynamic Programme Manager to join their esteemed team located in Cape Town. As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the success of interconnected projects within the WCGDoI programme through strategic planning and meticulous execution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee assigned projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
    • Develop comprehensive cashflow and programme drafts.
    • Uphold strict adherence to deadlines.
    • Maintain updated server records.
    • Accurately manage and file project documentation.
    • Facilitate procurement processes.
    • Supervise consultant and contractor appointments and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with established processes and protocols.
    • Proficiently manage contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
    • Scrutinize invoices and appointment documentation.
    • Conduct professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports.
    • Actively participate in the Bid Evaluation Committee.
    • Ensure successful completion of Auditor General audits.

    Requirements

    • Possession of a degree in Architecture and professional registration as a PrArch with SACAP.
    • Prior experience in the Construction Industry, with a strong background in contracts administration, financial administration, and Project/Programme Management.
    • Willingness to undertake additional administrative duties as necessary.
    • Capable of making critical decisions regarding project escalations, data integrity, operational matters, and adherence to programme and budget.
    • Demonstrated accuracy, precision, and timeliness in deliverables.
    • Familiarity with CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, and consultant appointments.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective relationship-building skills.
    • Target-driven approach with excellent processing capabilities.
    • Commitment to meticulousness and adherence to procedures.
    • Upholds ethical conduct and demonstrates a dedication to output quality.
    • Possesses a goal-oriented mindset.
