I am a qualified  Child & Youth Care Work, Facilitator of Learning , Work place  Mentor with  5 years of experience working as a Multi-media Library  Facilitator / Coordinator  .

I am a qualified  Child & Youth Care Work, Facilitator of Learning , Work place  Mentor with  5 years of experience working as a Multi-media Library  Facilitator / Coordinator  , I fine-tuned my skills in this profession. I have the skills needed to hold this position and the ability to quickly learn the information I need to manage this position.

I have experience conducting orientations for new hires and teaching  employees new procedures when something is added to a department. I worked  closely with the Western Cape Support School Programme (game change) with regarding assessments , managing team and planning for programs.

I got promotion as  an ECD principal/Programme Manager from 2018 that add another 4 years to my experience,  in  managing all operations under early childhood development . Building and maintaining a solid relationship with our stakeholders . I also monitor and support instructional activity and provide staff development. I make sure the environment is healthy and safety . conducting meetings with parent and caregivers and also be involve in monitoring and evaluation of the program , all this comes to my hard work and dedication that I put to my work.

My experience includes creating a calendar that will allow time to properly train employees. I also drew up an outline that explained what classes were being taught at a specific time, what they would entail and how long they would last. This helped me to stay organized and the company always knew what classes were available and when. I also be part of assessments, Baseline Assessment and end line assessment of our ECD children this also include school readiness assessment for Grade-R learners.

My experience includes adhering to a strict budget while still providing the training employees need to do their job efficiently. I have administrative skills and the knowledge and training needed to help create the training programs. I also have the ability to conduct assessments to determine how effective current programs are and where changes need to be made to make them more efficient.
I have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to teach in such a way that is easy to understand, along with the ability to multi-task and to work well in a high stressful environment.

I also have an opportunity to partner with cotlands in the development of our Toy Library in our ECD , this gives me a chance to know and understand the important of Toy Libraries in our Communities , the change and the education they bring to stimulate the minds of our young people.

I am a Qualified Child and youth Care worker , a qualified Facilitator of Learning and a qualified Work place Mentor  NQF levels 5 . End User Computing course as well a General Management qualification.
