Responsibilities:


  • Manage a small team, providing guidance and support for efficient performance
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed reports for customers, offering valuable insights
  • Report to the CEO on project status, achievements, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address potential issues
  • Foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices
  • Implement and maintain effective project management methodologies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI for data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
  • Independent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling preferred
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and fruit export documentation is a plus
