Senior Creditors clerk
Our client is looking for a debtors and creditors clerk to join their team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Full Creditors function up to balance sheet

Processing and capturing invoices

Reconciling of Creditor accounts

Prepare weekly and monthly payments

Send proof of payments

Handle all queries Bank reconciliations

Journals

Petty cash

Preparing relevant documentation for payments

EFT Payments

Full debtors function


Minimum Requirements:

Matric with relevant tertiary education

Microsoft office (Basic accounting package & Strong Excel skills)

Strong admin skills

Work independently and handle pressure

Excellent communication skills

Previous experience in the Logistics and transport industry

Valid drivers license and own transport
