Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily Logistics Operations efficiently and effectively.

Oversee packing processes as per clients' requirements.

Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Monitor performance of supply chain operations and implement actions as needed.

Manage and oversee the department of operations and freight forwarding within the export company.

Operational Planning and Scheduling to meet delivery deadlines.

Anticipate and proactively address potential operational challenges.

Proactively identify areas for improvement.

Drive new product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

1 to 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
