Table Grape Production Manager


Responsibilities

Personnel and administration:
Labor planning and management, recordkeeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance (equipment / orchards / general)

Financial:
Cost control by focusing on productivity


Job requirements and details
Applicants should be post-matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture, with at least 5 years' experience in the cultivation of table grapes

Knowledge of modern production practices

Specific knowledge/ experience in irrigation practices will be to your advantage

Good leadership and communication skills o Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

  • A valid driver's license
  • The job incumbent will report to the general farm manager
