    Description

    This role is worth celebrating You will be one of the lucky few to work on a global automotive system and Greenfield type tech/project. You will work on a cutting edge global IT system landscape and processes including IoT, Cloud + Edge computing, Human-to-machine/ Machine-to-machine communication.

    The right person for the job must be fully fledged in MS Azure, Code Architecture, and patterns This is a hybrid to remote setup, with potential travel to Europe for training and a Weiss beer or 2.

    Do you qualify for the beer & other things?

    • You have 5+ years decent dev experience in C# .NET stack
    • Other key skills: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Web API RESTful Services, .NET Core
    • You are a craftsman who has strong engineering foundations, some buzz words include DDD, OOP, Design Patterns, Repo Patterns, Factory Patterns, CQRS etc
    • You are comfortable with Azure: Continuous Integration + Deployment (CI & CD), Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), IoT-Hub, Event-Hub, Service Bus, Stream Analytics, Function Applications etc.
    • Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Cloud Architecture and Container Architecture
    • By nature, you are energetic, a self-starter who enjoys learning; you naturally perfect the code, you are all things brilliant.

    Qualifications:

    • You have a degree (BSc / Hons/ B.Com or similar)
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate is a plus

    The reference number for this position is NF58530_ 2024. This is a 36-month contract; extensions are highly likely offering rates negotiable from R500/R650 per hour.
