    Corporate Risk Counsel – Pretoria

    beBee Professionals is looking for a Corporate Risk Counsel to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on corporate risk management and compliance.

    The Corporate Risk Counsel will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing corporate risk management strategies and policies
    • Advising on legal and regulatory compliance
    • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
    • Monitoring and reporting on risk management activities
    • Developing and delivering training on risk management
    • Representing the company in legal proceedings

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A law degree from a recognized university
    • At least 5 years of experience in corporate risk management
    • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
