    • Are you a seasoned Construction Manager with a passion for renewable energy projects? Do you thrive in coordinating and overseeing C&I solar installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards? We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage project lifecycles effectively, from initiation through execution to closure. If you excel in stakeholder management and enjoy driving project success, this role is for you.

    What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

    • As the Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex C&I solar projects. You'll be responsible for project initiation, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and project teams. From conducting joint site surveys to managing quality assurance processes and overseeing project closures, your role will be diverse and impactful. You'll find satisfaction in driving projects forward, tackling challenges head-on, and contributing to the growth of sustainable energy solutions.

    What you'll need

    • To excel in this role, you'll need a proven track record in construction management within the solar industry. A background in civil engineering or related fields, coupled with hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale construction projects, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels will be critical for success. Additionally, willingness to travel and work from site when required is a must. You should demonstrate a proactive approach to project management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
