Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, with a minimum of 8 years of experience
Strong project management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage resources and meet deadlines
Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
A track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management
Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
A passion for excellence and a drive to continuously improve
