Our reputable Construction client based in
Johannesburg is seeking a
Construction Programming Manager to join their team.

Purpose of the job- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, and scheduling of various Construction projects using Construction Computer Software (CCS CANDY) and Microsoft Projects.

**Working Conditions

R CTC (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and Own vehicle:

Matric
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
10 years experience using Microsoft Projects
10 years experience using CCS (candy)
10 years experience in the Construction Industry
10 years experience in residential construction Project Programming and scheduling
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials and building codes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using CCS (Candy) and Microsoft Projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Schedule different programs daily and give feedback to Contracts Managers and Client.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays that may arise.
Prepare and present reports on project status, including timelines and potential risks or challenges.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all project goals are met.
Assist in the development of project Tender Programmes
You must be able to commute to different sites and do multiple programs simultaneously

Salary:
R52 000,00 per month

Experience:

Construction Industry: 10 years (preferred)
Residential Construction Project Programming: 10 years (preferred)
