Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Supervise and direct all construction activities onsite, ensuring compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage and control project budgets, including reviewing and approving projectrelated expenditures.
  • Oversee the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or potential risks that may impact the project timeline.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients, highlighting key milestones and achievements.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
