About Nomkhosi Dube:
- Built Project management expertise over the twenty-three years of my career; have served in many roles including as Head of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Program manager, Portfolio manager, Project manager, Business analyst, and Change management consultant with 15 years of experience in mid to senior management roles. In the Legislative Sector (Parliament RSA), Government and Banking sectors.

- Led a direct team of 15 project managers and 8 project coordinators and spearheaded the implementation of 4th IR-related technology improvements (new systems, applications, and hardware) which eliminated manual and labor-intensive activities, brought about efficiencies i.e., quick accessibility of information, mobility of services, centralisation/consolidation of services, elimination of duplications, all of which brought huge cost savings; Implemented other projects related to the core business of the Legislative sector (oversight, public participation, and law-making), Construction, Public Relations, State Events, Human Resources, IT, and International Relations.
- Have built great stakeholder management skills internally and externally; internally - from staff to different levels of management/leadership; externally – collaborated with various government departments, political parties & leadership, service providers, media, civil structures, academics, traditional authorities, NGOs, and members of the public, e.g. Have spearheaded collaborations with the leadership of various Government Departments to strategize on continuous improvement programs to drive operational and system efficiencies for inter organisational projects.
- Have acquired vast technical knowledge in Program/Project management, Project Methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, X-Pert), Project Governance, Strategy Planning, Strategy Execution, Communications, Risk management, operations management, People/team leadership, Resource Planning, Budget management, Process re-engineering, Change management, Knowledge management, Stakeholder engagement, public participation, Events management.
- Completed various training programs in Project management, Program management, and Portfolio management through Project Management Institute. An MBA graduate. Understand Public Service Acts, Institutional Policies, and Protocols
