Having recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying at the Tshwane University of Technology. I have gained a comprehensive understanding of construction principles, cost estimation techniques, and project management. I have a strong background in using industry software such as CCS, QTO, Buildsmart procurement & accounting. 

With 9 years plus experience, I had the opportunity to work on various construction projects as part of my practical experience. These experiences allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge and gain practical skills in cost planning, value engineering, and contract administration. 

I effectively collaborated with project teams to monitor and control costs, ensuring projects were completed within budget constraints and to the client's satisfaction.

One of my key strengths is my ability to work well in a team setting. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling me to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. I actively contribute ideas and solutions, leveraging my analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to optimize project costs and mitigate risks. I am confident in my ability to negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and provide accurate financial reporting.
