Description

Meondo Holdings is on the look out for a Vibrant Payroll administrator

Payroll processing including but not limited to: Timesheets and input, overtime, incentives, on holds, terminations, increases, promotions, demotions, maternity leave.
End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff.
Understand compulsory employee benefits.
Collate Payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly.
Salary clearing, company recons and loan recons.
Handling staff related queries regarding payroll.
Generation of payroll reports.

The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Payroll Qualification/ Certification will be advantageous.
2 years working experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of legislative requirements for South African payrolls.
Knowledge of payroll administration
Computer experience MS Office, Outlook.
Excel minimum Intermediate level experience must be able to demonstrate same.
Working experience in SAGE Premier
Must be comfortable with the Meondo culture and values.
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to Multitask
Energetic and driven.
Good communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
