    Description
    A luxury lodge & hotel group requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 years experience in a reservations department for multiple
    properties.

    Must be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation
    elements of the business
    Respond to queries and assist customers by telephone and
    email
    Perform duties assigned by the reservations manager


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in reservations
    Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
    PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be
    advantageous.
    Proficiency in English
    Well-organized with good time management
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    A team player with high level of dedication
    Works well and accurately under pressure

    Skills required
    Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills/eRES / Nebula, Opera, Apex

    Minimum 3-5 years experience in a tourism/travel call centre or
    reservations department for multiple properties
    Must have a good command of the English language with good
    writing skills.
    Solid interpersonal skills
    Valid RSA ID
