As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized travel assistance to our discerning clientele.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to handle complex travel itineraries with attention to detail.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are highly advantageous).
  • Indepth knowledge of global travel destinations, popular attractions, and travelrelated products and services.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate clients across different time zones.

Responsibilities:


  • Travel Consultation: Listen to clients' travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints, and recommend tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Offer expert advice on destinations, attractions, and travel regulations to meet clients' unique needs and expectations.

Reservation Management:

Efficiently handle all aspects of the booking process, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

Ensure accuracy in booking details, secure appropriate confirmations, and communicate relevant information to clients.

  • Itinerary Customization: Create customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, considering their desired destinations, activities, and budget constraints. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including multidestination trips, group travel, and special requests.
  • Travel Documentation: Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance. Provide guidance on entry requirements, health and safety regulations, and any other relevant travel information.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their travel, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. Troubleshoot travelrelated problems, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional travel services, upgrades, and experiences to enhance clients' travel itineraries. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. Maintain accurate client records, update customer profiles, and follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
