Logistics & Accounts Co-ordinator

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Experience with Syspro and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience dealing with Debtors and Creditors.
Beneficial: vehicle and Driver's License.
Experience with international suppliers.
Essential: Foreign payments.

Duties and responsibilities:

Compile a monthly list of creditors for review by the Chief Financial Officer.
Monthly issuance of statements and invoices, with diligent followup on outstanding accounts. Additionally, upload necessary documentation onto various client platforms.
Handle supplier invoice processing within the Syspro systems.
Facilitate the processing of foreign payments through banking channels.
Coordinate with international suppliers and shipping firms to organize and monitor international shipments.
Generate and present weekly reports to Directors outlining incoming shipments and the foreign payment schedule.
Ensure that all paperwork pertaining to imports is readily available for submission to the reserve bank.
Undertake daily administrative tasks associated with your responsibilities.
Collaborate closely with the bookkeeper and Chief Financial Officer to guarantee adherence to compliance standards.
