Description

Qualifications:

Matric certificate
Higher Technical Qualification preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in a Hydraulic environment
Valid Drivers license and own reliable transport
Computer literate in MS Office

Experience:

Customer orientated
Proven sales ability
Must be prepared to work extended hours and travel when necessary
Excellent negotiation skills
Dynamic, motivated and sales driven

Duties:

Service existing customers, canvas for and contact new customers
Discuss company needs and explain how needs would be met with specific products and services offered by the company
Answer customer's questions about products, define the customers requirements and application, emphasize product features based on analysis of customer needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Discuss and explain available options and investigate and suggest alternative options where available
Discuss credit terms
Prepare quotations
Negotiate process, terms of sale and Service Agreements
Maintain customer records using automated systems
Utilise and maintain ERP system
