Key Responsibilities:
- Providing quality mentorship for the sales representatives in the region while always upholding the companys values.
- Achieving the Regions revenue and profitability for the companies products as they are sold within the region.
- Training and inducting technical sales representatives.
- Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
- Training sales representatives to sell value and solutions to the customers.
- Performance management of technical sales representatives.
- Directing the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Prioritizing effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Responsible for the regions forecasting and sales tracking.
- Setting the vision for the Region and developing and adhering to a business plan to attain this vision.
- Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to make the best decision in solving problems to provide direction, support and assistance to the region.
- Develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently.
- Encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation.
- Identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.
