    Position Overview:
    The Business Unit Controller will be at the forefront of our operations, driving
    performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and spearheading growth initiatives. Your
    strategic mindset and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in propelling our
    business unit to new heights. With your proven track record and unwavering
    commitment to excellence

    Key Responsibilities and Duties :

    • Monitor and manage the performance of the business unit: Focus on key metrics and ensure we consistently hit our targets.
      Oversee customer service operations: Live chat and customer escalations through various channels, providing exceptional support and
      resolving any issues within stipulated times.
      Maintain and analyze the business unit dashboard: Transform data into actionable insights that will drive continuous improvement.
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Championing process improvements to boost efficiency and deliver outstanding results.
      Client Relationships: Nurture connections with our valued customers, suppliers, and other integral roles within the Business Unit.
      Best practice: Implement best practices that will supercharge our business unit's performance.


    Requirements:
    ? 2+ years of experience in customer support, showcasing your exceptional
    skills in creating exceptional experiences.
    ? A passion for creativity and problem-solving
    ? An eagle eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
    ? Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    ? The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously
    and proactively.
    ? A knack for troubleshooting and finding speedy resolutions when faced
    with challenges.
