Title: Ecommerce Manager Aug 2012-Aug 2014
Duties included:
Managing all aspects of Monetise E-commerce Site to include:
 Managing all aspects of the shop finances
 Maintaining and uploading of products / pricing
 Managing stock control of all shops
 Managing and reconciling all payments including VCS payments, merchant account
payments, supplier payments, courier payments
 Looking at ways to streamline and optimise processes
 Managing the shop bank account
 Managing all aspects of customer servicing including client calls and e-mail
 Liaising with couriers and suppliers
 Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and finances

 Checking stock levels and pricing on all Monetise E-commerce Sites
 Checking that all Monetise E-commerce Sites are kept up to date and current
 Creating weekly / monthly newsletters for all Monetise E-commerce shops
 Managing the social media and SEO content for all the Monetise E-commerce Sites
 Responsible for overseeing of all sem and digital marketing including pay per click adverts.
 

Herbex/ Newgroup
 

Title: Ecommerce Manager Aug 2014 – Dec 2018
Duties included:
 Overseeing the rebuilding of current Herbex website- liaising with developers.
 Responsible for the creative designing of 3 future website- liaising with developers.
 Produce sales budgets for all brands sold online.
 Responsible for all website updates and changes.
 To produce a digital marketing plan for all brands sold online.
 To liaise with designers for new banner uploads
 Responsible for the uploading all new products and categorisation
 To source external relative cross marketing opportunities.
 Responsible for getting Herbex onto Amazon.com (achieved)
 Responsible for all digital analysis sourced from google analytics and to present results
thereafter.
 Overseeing of all websites seo and social media.
 Responsible for mailer design and growing the mailer database.

Duties included:
 Overseeing of all orders administration including order queries (with help from my assistant)
 To oversee all customer queries and requests.
 To oversee the order exchange process.
 To ensure all order payments reflect in the bank account timeously.
 Overseeing design and developments of the website
 Monitor web analytics and internal data sources.
 To produce accurate sales budgets and forecasts/projections
 To work closely with web development and technical teams.

conversion/engagement numbers and present to business owners (monthly)
