Daily unitisation/ valuation of external manager instruments
Daily reporting of unit prices to clients and consultants
Daily processing of client cash flows (including recording the cash flows and modelling the client product range)
Processing payments
Sending investment/ disinvesment instructions to the external managers
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Daily and monthly unit-holding reconciliations
Monthly client reporting
Ad hoc reporting incl. regulatory reporting, audit certificates and other reports requested by clients, consultants and managers
Assisting on take-ons/ transitions of new clients
Assisting on restructures/ transitions of existing clients
Processing of manager fees
Processing of the Company's management fees
Implementing and maintaining controls
Performing controls
Maintaining the process documents

Qualifications and Experience:

Preferably a Bachelor of Business Science degree/ Bachelor of Commerce degree
