    Description

    Who are we: A group of companies founded in 2012, seeking operational excellence and strategic partnerships in identified growth sectors. These include but are not limited to mining, manufacturing, supply, steel and information technology.

    Who are we looking for: A Marketing Manager with business development experience who will be responsible for marketing initiatives for the company and its subsidiaries. The candidate will assist in creating awareness in the marketplace on the value that their products can offer to customers.

    What will you do:

    • Use marketing research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning
    • Develop a Marketing Strategy for the company and its subsidiaries
    • Develop brand positioning for the company and its subsidiaries
    • Implement the Marketing Strategy for the company and its subsidiaries
    • Oversee the production of all promotional material and marketing campaigns
    • Select channels for distribution
    • Marketing campaign management
    • Work with new business development team to assist in driving sales
    • Perform Marketing Strategy Impact Analytics
    • Drive brand strategic partnerships
    • Provide input into the new business or acquisition team
    • Responsible for content management on all online platforms for the company and its subsidiaries
    • Responsible for website management for the company and its subsidiaries
    • Marketing project management
    • Manage the Marketing budget
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Event Management services
    • Media Liaison
    • Attend team meetings
    • Reporting

    What do you need:

    • Minimum of a 3-year Marketing or related qualification
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
    • Valid driver's license
