Description
Our client in the motor industry is looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join their team.


Purpose:
to implement organizational development and change management initiatives to enable and drive a high-performing and inclusive culture.


Duties:


  • Implement change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
  • Drive specialized frameworks which aim to address corporate strategies focusing on:
  • Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Succession planning and talent cultivation.
  • Performance management process.
  • Individual development plans.
  • Design & implementation of assessments & diagnostic tools which support the attraction, development, & retention of staff.
  • Support with organizational design and the evaluation of roles.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Diploma/Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in OD Role.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong communication.
  • Project management.
  • Understanding of employment equity legislative.
  • Exposure to human capital management system.

Salary:
R55, R60,000.00 per month
