Help develop and implement product vision and strategy in allignment with company objectivesGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying product gaps and generating ideas to enhance market share and drive growthRegularly meet with customer -facing teams to gather and analyse user feedback, shaping new products ideas and requirementsCreate buy in for the product vision internally and externally , fostering strong relationships with key stake holdersDevelop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximise profitabilityEvaluate promotional plan to ensure allighment with product line strategy and effective messagingTranslate customer needs into product functionalities , working closely with development teamsCollaborate with leadership teams to plan the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.

Convert ideas into prototypes and demonstrate them to key stake holdersStay informed about market trends and competitors to identiify opportunities and threatsLead market analysis and strategy development , including point-of sale strategies and customer facing market initiativesEngaging with factories to ensure product quality, pricing optimization, and growthLead and manage a team of product developers to execute on the product roadmap and achieve strategic objectives
