I am an ambitious person. A mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I have 22 years’ experience in Management - Accounts and Office Manager and Supply Chain Manager. I have good Management skills and Manage people and teams to achieve their personal or team goals. I am there to help, teach and guide at any time and inspire my team at every opportunity. My management approach is to teach everyone on my team all aspects of the job required so that if one team member is absent the job can still be done, and the customer satisfaction and service can still be achieved.
I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual who always strives to achieve the best result at any given task. I can work under pressure, help in all departments - office, internal sales, debtors, creditors, warehouse, etc. I have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate the utmost discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information relating to employees, employee contracts and salary information.
Although I am still new to Supply Chain, I have become passionate about sourcing the best quality products, best MOQ, best pricing and best delivery option to our Company and to suit our customer needs. The competitive advantage in the marketplace and the fastest route to market and ensure our customers have an effortless customer experience. I am still learning the best practices for sourcing, but I am not scared to learn and ask relevant questions. I enjoy every challenge that may arise and learn from each one of them.
