    • Participate in the tracking of testing & deployment activities, including Third party vendor management.
    • Provide detailed project plans, budget forecasts, and schedules, deployment approach, work activities, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies for each assigned project.
    • facilitate Agile ceremonies.
    • Manages cross-team and cross-functional dependencies for the team.
    • Coaches and mentors team member adoption of agile methodology.
    • Assists the Product Owner in keeping the backlog groomed.
    • Works with other scrum masters to ensure ways of working are consistent across teams where possible.
    • Works with Program Management in managing risks & raising of impediments.
    • Tracks progress & deliverables and ensures team remains focused on committed sprint.
    • Protect the team from interruptions & changes to the sprint scope.
    • Coordination of Release management tasks.
    Requirements
    • 5 years' scrum master and project management experience in an ICT environment,
    • managing software projects and working with software development teams.
    • Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management and waterfall methodologies across all IT related initiatives Sound understanding of Agile methodologies.
    • Good leadership skills and team player.
    • Ability to work and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions to encourage proband the product that the scrum master is working on.
    • Able to identify, assesses and manages risks
