Description

• At least 5-years' experience as a Project Manager
• A registered Assessor or Moderator
• Successfully completed their ODETDP(occupationally directed education, training and development practitioner)
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Customer centricity
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with core business customers
• Manage all assigned projects from start to end to ensure quality delivery within the agreed timelines
• Ensure learning facilitation requirements are in place
• Measure customer satisfaction during and post projects
• Perform moderation duties
• Hold monthly status meetings with clients and deliver a monthly status report to the clients and Operations Manager
• Ensure roll-out plan and learning program timetables are implemented according to schedule
• Ensure that logistical requirements of the project are met
• Provide weekly reports on projects to Operations Manager
• Ensure that project documents are filed, cleaned up and archived, either physically or electronically
• Ensure Point of Entries are created, up to date and assessed
