I am also very experienced in Internal/external sales, service co-ordination, Project management, events planning, all Administration, procurement, basic accounts management, stock control, office management, operations supervisor, a little OHS, Handling of petty cash and cash accounts, receptionist, SLA's, KPi's and have a passion to market a product to clients. I am extremely confident when dealing face to face or telephonically with clients. I have a passion for handling customer queries and complains. Programmes I worked on is Sage, pastel, Syspro and all Microsoft office packages. I have my own car and given an opportunity I know I can add value to any company. I have more than 20 years of work experience, which no textbook can teach you. Unfortunately, I do not have matric or a diploma but only a short course in customer service management I would love to be given a chance to help grow the business while maintaining current customers, applying company procedures and implementing innovative ideas to improve sales overall.
