Vuyolwethu Nkuzo

I started working for Jet-mart as a December casual in 2008 after I passed my Matric.

I was then promoted in February 2010 to be a permanent employee for Edgars Umthatha serving customers and leading floor team.

I was then promoted promoted in April 2011 to Edgars Kokstad as a store supervisor, managing staff and solving customer queries.

I was then promoted in May 2014  to a bigger branch in Edgars West-Street Durban .

I was then promoted in April 2015 to Edgars Hemingways as a Floor Visual Manager.

I was then appointed in 2019 as a Branch Manager for Soviet stores in Umthatha, I was incharge of the store day to day operation, I managed 11 staff, driving turnover, customer service and profit margin.

I was then appointed in November 2021 as a Sales department manager, this is my current position, my job is to drive customer service, store torn over and KPI's, I'm leading a team of about 32 staff reporting directly to me. I'm now ready to start another challenge to expand my knowledge and capabilities.

I passed Grade 12 in 2008 and I have been attending trainings and coaching in customer service.
