Job summary

Manage the Tiger's distribution depot, achieve sales targets, identify and develop new markets, conduct route surveys, work with customers, ensure on time in full deliveries, coordinate in-store promotions, manage expenses, conduct route viability surveys, manage driver balances, daily settlements and POD controls, manage driver cash deposits, performance management of drivers and VA's, manage conflict resolution, ensure compliance to relevant employment legislation and company policies, ensure compliance to OHS act, ensure compliance to any other regulations, on time reporting and investigation of all incidents and accidents, ensure that the housekeeping is maintained on the site, report any structural, electrical or sewage defects on the site, inspect and sign off any work conducted by outside contractors, assets management on site, crate control, security, oversee security on site, ensure security do proper stock verification, ensure security only allow authorized people on site with your approval, ensure security only allow assets to leave the site with your approval, security to identify any staff members under the influence of alcohol or drugs, ensure daily truck checks are conducted by drivers, only allow authorised drivers to operate company vehicles, truck cleanliness, report any defects to the Fleet Manager, fuel usage to be monitored and exceptions reported to the Fleet manager, balance stock and returns daily, first in first out stock rotation, no excess stock on truck, returns within target, minimal damages.
