With 25 years of diverse experience in the Eastern Cape across local government, non-profit, and business sectors, I have consistently focused on empowering those around me.

 Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to developing the organisations of which I am a part. Often this has entailed developing policies that align with legislation, crafting proposals which are engaging and enable the company to expand their impact, and preparing multi-stakeholder reports to showcase the impact which my team has had on the programme a hand. 

My leadership roles have involved creating and implementing innovative educational programmes, mentoring municipal officials, supporting non-profit boards, and more: showcasing my solutions-oriented approach and dedication to adding value. 

My expertise spans government relations, programme management, operations, and business development, all driven by a passion for creating meaningful impact and empowering individuals to make significant contributions. I prioritize fostering meaningful relationships and collaborations through my unwavering commitment to professionalism, integrity, creativity, and proactive leadership. Currently, I operate a consultancy that leverages my extensive experience to assist small businesses and non-profit organizations in achieving impact, profit and sustainability.

  • Engagement and relationship building with EC Dept Education, including MEC, Superintendent-General and top management, as well as with National Department officials in education.
  • Engagement and relationship building with stakeholders and partners through establishment of partnership forums, participation in stakeholder groups and facilitated sessions, and networking opportunities.
