I am responsible for defining, analysing, and improving business processes within an organization.

I identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies or identify areas of improvement in order to align them to operations and increase productivity.

I also conduct an analysis on the AS-IS processes and workflows and identify areas of improvement which can be made, 

I work closely with stakeholders, management, and end users to gather requirements and understand the business needs.

I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned implementation, provide training and support to end users, and monitor the process in the implemented changes.

I am responsible for evaluating current systems and processes within a business environment and identifying areas of improvement.

I work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate the requirements into technical specifications for the IT Team to implement. 

I assist with testing and implementing new systems or changes, provide support for the end users, and ensure the goal is aligned with the business objectives and is efficient.

In the System Development space, 

I have used the below technologies. 

Visual Studio, C#, MySQL, MS SQL, PHP, HTML, Python, and Oracle Enterprise Packages for different financial modules.

I have used the below tools for Business Process Analysis: 

Aris, Tibco Nimbus, Ms Visio, EA Sparx, Ms Power BI, Ms CRM Dynamics, Bizagi, Symbio, and IBM Blueworks Live to analyze, map, implement perform QA to processes in the Business Analysis space.

As a freelancing Facilitator Assessor and Moderator, 

I assess Systems Development and Business Analysis Unit Standards to ensure consistency, competency, understanding, and quality of upskilling.

I always believe that my skills - set, ability to communicate and interact with people, and ambition to learn and understand, always prepare me for more challenges across various industries.
