Nozuko Hlefana- Motswiane

Nozuko has enjoyed working across a range of organizations. Her Coaching and HR consulting experience also spans an array of industries including mining, government, management consulting and chemicals. The last five years of her corporate experience was as the South African Revenue Services as an Organisational Effectiveness Specialist. Anglo American Platinum as a Transformation and Change Specialist. For the past 6 Months she is based at Sasol as a Talent, Culture and Change Senior Specialist. 

With over twelve years at the Executive table, Nozuko brings a breadth and depth of business experience that is invaluable and includes working on and with EXCO teams and Boards. In her corporate life, Nozuko managed company-wide transformations and accelerated company strategies through the alignment of culture, people and practices. Nozuko carries this systemic thinking in all her work, understanding that the areas of highest leverage are often the least obvious and not always found at the site of the problem (Senge, 1994). Nozuko ’s passion is working with leaders and their teams to unleash potential. 

Her approach to coaching, self-mastery teamwork and consulting is strengths based (with the mindset that one plus one equals three) and rooted in empirical evidence. Nozuko provides a confidential sounding board for leaders, allowing them to build awareness of their impact and assumptions, to explore strategic and tactical issues, and ultimately to uncover unique and sustainable solutions for any scenario. She makes organizations effective end to end. 

She is currently coaching at the Tshwane University of Technology. 

Nozuko is a Licensed Skipper and enjoys boat drives and water sports with family and friends. This mom of 3 and enjoys cooking and entertaining.
