A dream is only a dream ..... Until we get together and it becomes a reality!

My first memory of feeling the need to connect with people emerged at the ripe old age of 4 (You can read about it in one of my blogs below). It wasn't something I created or worked towards, it was just there.

It has stayed with me, moulded me, made me laugh, made me cry, led to success, lead to failure. Taught me to forgive, taught me that I have a lot to learn, taught me that if I connect with the right people, I can grow and have more success than I ever imagined.

Our whole lives are made up of connections. Some benefit us and some have the potential to totally destroy us if we don't have the tools to deal with them. My background in Recruitment, HR & Training truly opened my eyes to the challenges people face, as individuals, employers or business owner. I have interviewed, counselled and coached more people than I can remember. Often, crying with them as they generously bared their souls and shared their stories with me. I felt limited in my ability to help. I did what I could but always felt it was not enough, I needed to learn more.

My journey through my Life Coaching and NLP Practitioner training was life altering. I was awed at the resources available and how much we are able to take control of. I could be happy now! I didn't have to wait for some external factor to dictate when I should or shouldn't d be happy. Goals weren't something I "had" to do. I "got" to create motivating plans that were 100% aligned with my life purpose. My "next steps" became clear and I experienced an excitement I hadn't felt for a long time. I understood myself better and realised why I was doing things that held me back. More importantly, I learned how to overcome these. I became so much more confident and in what seemed an almost "magical" way, opportunities just popped up everywhere as I pursued my purpose - to help see and experience the value of learning.

Covid 19, through all it's dread, has also provided opportunity. Face to face training became on-line learning and along with my business partner, Tracey Ciorovich, we forged new ways of delivering value to people, both from a career and personal perspective. We love what we do and are grateful for every person we meet along our journey.
