    Description

    Introduction

    To lead and be responsible for the design, content, and effective measurement of all digital communications for our client's company and partners influence cross-functionally with other teams to identify and develop new and innovative methods of digital communications to maximise value (revenue and income).

    Job Description

    • To support the development and implementation of strategic plans for digital marketing communications and customer experience.
    • To plan, develop and execute compelling email, social media and digital campaigns.
    • To evaluate and test new and innovative communication tactics and channels and look at best practices.
    • To segment needs into effective inspiring digital communications with detailed plans.

    JOB EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing (desirable in retail/FMCG marketing), with at least 3 years experience in digital communications, communications or public relations.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams and creating motivating and high-performance environments.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor of Commerce degree (or relevant discipline, e.g. Marketing)
