About the role:

What you'll be doing:

Design and execute effective automation to engage and nurture our customer base.
Set up and manage products within the CRM, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
Develop and manage customized tags to categorize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and communication strategies.
Leverage your indepth knowledge of GHL to handle the CRM's backend operations effectively.
Work towards enhancing our customer relationship management by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
Ensure seamless operation of GHL subaccounts and integrations.
Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for decisionmaking and customer engagement strategies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
Address and resolve CRMrelated issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

A minimum of 23 years of handson experience working specifically with GHL, demonstrating an indepth understanding of the platform's functionalities.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest GHL developments and best practices to optimize CRM performance.
A commitment to enhancing the customer experience through CRM strategies and personalization.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple aspects of CRM management efficiently.
