    Description

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    Planning (Integrated Business Planning)

    •Lead the EM South Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align on demand between Marketing and Sales from an unbiased perspective across all categories and channels. Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve one committed Sales Plan.

    •Facilitate and steer monthly meetings across finance, marketing, sales and SCM and SLT to sign off plans.

    •Support Sales and Marketing in monthly reporting and ad hoc requests to support the planning process.

    •Ensure accurate monthly submission of the IBP NS, Vol and relating KPIs (channel and category) in the IBP tool to EM HUB.

    Inventory and Buying Volume

    •Lead the monthly inventory review process, aligning with finance and SCM, fully understanding drivers for quarterly and FY projection for both volume and value.

    •Submit inventory simulation in IBP tool.

    •Provide monthly inventory update, along with drivers vs targets, in monthly inventory review with EM Demand Planning and finance team.

    •Align seasonal OTB and buying volume in-take ratios with merchandizing team and finance teams. Provide NS to seasonal volume guidance with Concept to Consumer (CTC) prior to RMA forecast.

    •Align the monthly buying volume with purchasing prior to each buy cut-off. Provide full transparency on domestic, export buying volumes for POs placed, FO planned production, open forecast. Ensure Buying Volume are closely linked to IBP and RDP (rolling demand plan) volume.

    Operational Demand Planning

    •Oversee and ensure that the Demand Plan (ODP) is accurate and complete in preparation for the Demand Review by matching the Integrated Business Planning 2025 KPIs to the outputs of Operational Demand Planning (ODP) and bridging if required.

    •Leverage and refine statistical forecast and advanced analytics to improve planning inputs over time.

    •Participate in S&OP process (along with Supply Planning) to review demand against availability, inventory and future supply facilitating (leading) decision making on constraints or open issues.

    •Create outcomes for downstream channels for commercial decision making.

    •Complete inventory simulation to create transparency around buying volumes vs future inventory position and influence inbound phasing of inventory volumes or reflection of outbound sales opportunities to clear excess inventory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •Align with local SLT on the month IBP submission.

    •Lead the monthly IBP drumbeat and monthly IBP submission accuracy in line with EM deadlines

    •Facilitate and steer IBP meetings with Marketing, Sales, Finance, SCM and SLT

    •Manage RMA Range guidance to ensure shape and Gross Sales volumes are aligned with SBP and Brand

    •Validate seasonal OTB and in-take ratio by channel

    •Lead the monthly inventory review process, aligning with finance and SCM, fully understanding drivers for quarterly and FY projection for both volume and value.

    •Oversee and ensure that the Demand Plan (ODP) is accurate and complete in preparation for the Demand Review

    •Actively participate in S&OP process (along with Supply Planning) to review demand against availability, inventory and future supply facilitating (leading) decision making on constraints or open

    issues.

    •High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between Sales & Marketing.

    •Simplification and efficiency.

    •Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    •P&L metrics: Gross Sales, Net Sales, Std. Margin, Sold Quantity, Inventory.

    •Global mind-set and ability to work cross-culturally; experience within different countries and/or different cultures an advantage

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    •Bachelor's degree or related field required, higher degree preferred in management/accounting

    •6-8 years experience in demand planning, merchandising, or finance

    •Excellent Project Management Skills

    •Excellent Presentation skills

    •Fluent in English (writing and verbal)

    •Experience in leading small teams

    •IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced

    •MSTR/PowerBI knowledge preferable
