    LOGISTICS CREDIT CONTROLLER JOHANNESBURG

    Only RSA Citizens will be considered for this role.

    Introduction

    The purpose of this role is responsible for recovering debts and reconcile the debtors accounts as efficient as possible for our client in the Logistics Industry. This role is also responsible for the maintenance of information and correspondence received between clients and Branch Managers of our Client.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Monitor debtors and administer debtor master records on the system (age analysis)

    Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

    Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, checking, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data and information.

    Ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted by verifying the account ledger.

    Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues

    Following instructions regarding outstanding clients accounts

    Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

    Experience & Qualification

    A Financial / Bookkeeping Diploma / Degree is preferable

    A Matric certificate is a MUST

    3-5 Years experience as a Credit Controller

    Knowledge on Parcel Perfect program advantageous

    Experience as a Credit Controller in the Logistics Industry advantageous
