●Undertaking a range of administrave duties in a fast paced environment, performing duties ranging from clerical to office management responsibilies.
● Conducting office meetings and coming up with proactive strategies to improve productivity and employee morale
● Overseeing business operaons across departments.
● Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
● Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
●Manage Stock levels and adjust pricing using in-house electronic stock-control systems;

Computer and Telephonic Interviewer Fieldworker Jun 2017 - Dec 2020
●As a Computer Aided Telephonic Interview Fieldworker. I was conducting Market Research for different companies to evaluate the customer experience from the employees of that specific company.
● Making outbound calls to clients offering them an opportunity to share their experience with the employees.
●Gather data from clients and capturing the information into the database.
●My duties also included extracting information from surveys done by employees about their working conditions and capturing the information into the database.

I have a Bachelor of Commence Degree in Economics and I am currently working towards getting my Honours Degree in Economics.
